Jenna's Story

Jenna is an owner and Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse Practitioner at OSMS.

She was born and raised in the New Orleans area and currently resides in Mandeville, LA with her husband and business partner, Joshua, as well as her two sons, Maxwell (8) and Mavrick (6).

She completed her Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing at the University of
Louisiana at Lafayette and then went on to earn her Masters of Science
degree in Nursing at University of South Alabama, and is currently in the process of obtaining her doctorate.

She has over 15 years of nursing experience ranging from neuro/trauma intensive care, post-anesthesia surgical recovery, women’s health and gynecology, and emergency room experience.

After obtaining her practitioner degree, she was immediately hired and
extensively trained at Venus Med Spa in Denver, CO where she was under the supervision of the world renowned plastic surgeon, Gregory Buford, MD FACS. She trained in Sarasota, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale before she was hired on to be the Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner.

This is where her love for everything A E S T H E T I C S developed.

She has an eye for detail and focuses on enhancing the beauty that each of her clients already encompasses.

During the summer of 2020, she returned back to her hometown to help Ochsner at their Main Campus location in their COVID Intensive Care Unit during the height of the pandemic. She could not sit around and watch her peers on the front line drown in the depths of “the virus”.

After being drawn back into the New Orleans culture, she and her husband decided to move their family back to Louisiana and then enhanced her knowledge and pursued Neurology where she managed seizures, complicated migraines, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, and much more. She misses her patients dearly but her passion is and has always been in Medical Aesthetics. After many requests, she decided to finally pursue her dreams and open OSMS.

She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is certified and trained on injectables such as neurotoxins for aesthetics and migraine management, dermal fillers, Kybella, PDO threads, Sculptra, as well as, IV Infusions, PRP|PRF injections for neocollagenesis, weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with pellets, laser skin revitalization, and continues to pursue continuing education to learn the latest and most cutting edge aesthetic techniques and procedures.

Walking into a dermatology or plastic surgeon’s office can be very
intimidating to most.

Jenna’s goal is to make you look fabulous, feel confident, and get rejuvenated while maintaining safety.

Jenna has always made her health and fitness a priority and she wants to put yours first as well. She believes that feeling good about the way you look plays a pivotal role in confidence and self-esteem. You have to love yourself before you can truly love anyone else.
