REFERRALS
Refer a friend!
You and your friend receive $20 in OSMS credit to be applied to any service of $100 or greater.

MEDICATION ORDERS
You prescription for your weight loss medication will be ordered at your initial visit if you meet criteria for the program.
​
MEDICATION PICK UP
After your initial appointment, you will be notified when your prescription has arrived. In about 5-7 days, we will call you to make an appointment to pick up your medication and be taught how to administer your medication.
